It's another hectic day at work and I only slept for like 2 hours. It's a very grumpy day for me as I am struggling to keep awake...
To help me keep my eyes up, I decided to take a stroll outside of the building and buy coffee at this famous fast food chain. As I went out of our office building, there they were... the smoke belchers... No, they are not cars... they aren't motorcycles either... they are people!
It got me into another grumpy mood as I smell the thing I hate most - smoke from cigarettes... I mean don't they know that they are passively killing me and the other people that pass by? I mean, I don't mind them smoking if it only affects them, but it affects other people as well... Such an annoyance.
Anyway, I got my coffee and went back to my office table... I felt better as I sip on my coffee... ah...
It was a very productive day for me... on the other hand, my phone kept on ringing because they were looking for my officemate "no, he's not here" and I know where he is... he's downstairs taking a "yosi break" (smoke break). Another annoyance... I think it's a bit unfair why smokers get to take breaks in between and they can just get around in it.
Honestly I don't care if they kill themselves... I mean it's their life it's their business. I just wish they think more about other people.
I know of some scientific breakthroughs and inventions that sell electric cigarette. These should be a win-win situation for both smokers and non-smokers. The main features of the electric cigarette is that it does not emit smoke... yes, smokeless... Therefore, they can even smoke inside the office without alarming the smoke detectors or killing their seatmates passively.
I am not sure though if these electronic cigarettes have nicotine and tar in them. I am just not so sure but it supposedly should feel like the same like you're smoking... the taste and the feel... except there is no smoke at all.
We started ordering the Moo Fries as our appetizer. The pictures looked really appetizing and we couldn’t wait like little kids to judge if the pictures justify themselves. The Moo Fries arrived and we could smell the melted cheese and spices! My stomach initially churned like it immediately went on an “emergency-hungriness-must-eat-now-mode.” BUT!!! I am a professional blogger and it is a must to take pictures first before eating!!! This made my tummy very very angry… I mean hungry… but I must tame it down…

As we arrived, I almost ignored the other bloggers :P I was so excited that when I entered I immediately looked at the menu! Nasi Lemak, White Chicken Rice, Laksa and that Dinosaur drink looked very very luring! When I realized that I was not the only person there in the restaurant, I said “hi” and mingled with the other bloggers.

Anyway, the event was one of the most organized events I ever attended. They introduced Microsoft Office 2010 (beta) and distributed CDs for us to test the new and latest spankin’ Office!
I am a heavy user of PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Those tools I used everyday for my previous job at the bank. I knew every single detail about them and I consider myself as an expert :P I really appreciated the upgrades of the 2010 and will blog about it soon. I'm so happy my combined diet and exercise effort is working! This inspires me to run and swim some more... In fact, I shall be running in 2 hours... I will be running again with my GPS. :)
My w760i's GPS got busted... so, I took my mom's N95 8G (with permission hehe) and will use this for my sport stuff from now on... I installed sporty pal as this is being used by two of my good pals as well Maki and Carlos.

I think my metabolism is getting better... I get hungry often... and still I'm getting slimmer... probably because I am running and swimming at least 5 times a week... It's so nice to feel healthy again... To be comfortable wearing jeans and tight fitting shirts without exposing those love bundles or whatever you call them lol.

As some of you might know, I have been running lately. It’s kind of the “in” thing to do lately. Which is a good trend because I have noticed a lot of people waking up to the reality that if they don’t exercise, they won’t get any fit at all.
