Day 1: The Good Box PH Home Delivery Food Service

Lately, I'm too busy to prepare my own food that I frequently either forget to eat, or eat random things I see in our area. A friend of mine recommended The Good Box that delivers food to your home/office!

The Good Box offers balanced, delicious, and natural foods.

Process of ordering:

1. Check out their website and read everything you want to know about The Good Box. (The creators, the diet, FAQs etc.) http://thegoodboxph.com

2. Know the number of calories you will need for your diet. Check this calorie requirement chart, or you can answer this Nutrition and Lifestyle Questionnaire so they can inform you what calorie intake you need.

3. Reserve your order here: http://thegoodboxph.com/reservations/.

That's it! I ordered a 1,200 calorie for mine because I really want to lose weight.

Here's the menu for day 1:

Breakfast: Apple-Cinnamon Rolls, coffee (350 kcal)
AM Snack: Grilled Ratatouille Salad (100 kcal)
Lunch: Persian-Spiced Fish with Couscous and mixed vegetables (330 kcal)
PM Snack: Baked Apple slices (90 kcal)
Dinner: Spaghetti with Olive and Mint Pesto, Vegetable and Vinaigrette (280 kcal)

The breakfast and morning snack is already in my tummy when I took this picture... so, yeah sorry about that. Will do better tomorrow. :P

Some say it might be "bitin", but I was actually overwhelmed, there's so much to eat at 1200 kcal! Stay tuned tomorrow for day 2!

Everyone in the US is now enjoying Pokemon Bank that was just released today, February 6, 2014. Pokemon fans who are now trying their way around the Pokemon Bank and Pokemon Transfer seem to have this common question, "how to empty transport box pokemon bank". Simple, after transferring your Pokemon on the Pokemon Transporter from Black/White or Black 2/White 2, exit the application and go to Pokemon Bank. Then move your curser up and it showing the box on the left and you will see the Transport Box .  Select all Pokemon in the box by using the green cursor (click select until cursor turns green). Then, move this to desires box.  In doing this, you can transfer more Pokemon from Black/White and Black 2/White2 to the transporter box! Notice, you can only use one box (Box 1) in the Pokemon Transporter. Happy transferring your Pokemon!

Does My Feet Expand?

Back in my corporate days, I never had problems with closed shoes. I grew up wearing closed shoes. My college days in La Salle made us wear uniforms, therefore, corporate shoes. And back in the bank where I used to work, I had to wear closed shoes in heels - all the time! I loved heels and I could bare to walk with them the whole day. It's been a while since I've been freelancing and working at home. I never get to wear closed shoes anymore, and when I do - my feet hurts big time! So, I have a theory! My feet keeps on expanding because it is not enclosed, it just keeps growing at all angles, therefore, when I wear shoes lately, my feet (especially my pinky toes) hurt! I am not sure if this is true or not so I did some research. I'm not sure if some of my sources are legit. I just wanted to read more about it. According to Ask.com : Foot swelling is characterised by a build-up of fluid in your foot. Swelling of the foot may be caused by being overweight, bl...
