Good oral hygiene begins and ends with bacteria. Avoid sugary and starchy food, consume more vegetables, and drink your eight glasses of water a day. Procrastinator

I will never ever again (I will really try) be a victim of this or willingly volunteer myself to be a procrastinator. It caused me more stress and anxiety and it lead to me being sick and ugly.
